PERFORMANCE:
The 4'3 Scrambler is a board shaped and constructed specifically for the practice of kitefoil.
The board is designed with a very compact outline, a wide nose for easy jump landing which optimizes control when the rails hit the water.
The tail of the board has been refined for an optimized upwind ability with the smooth ride through chops. The large pad provides a very enjoyable ride and matte finish is ideal for grabs and other no-foot tricks.
The Scrambler is the ideal board for those looking for maximum performance and comfort in all conditions.
ACCESSIBILITY & FREERIDE / ideal for learning and evolving
The reduced length of the board makes it very responsive and provides increased control. During jumps, the wind surface of the Scrambler is minimal allowing innovative tricks.
SCRAMBLER 4'3: The ultimate and versatile board for the kitefoil
Bottom
The board was designed for early planning and optimal control when the rail hits the water.
A specific work was carried out under the bottom of the board:
- a deep double concave on the front of the board gives maximum control
- the bottom becomes flat on the tail (the back of the board) to improve the low end.
Scoop/rocker
The scoop of the board has two sections:
-The back section is very tight to allow a early take-off.
-The front section has a pronounced spatula for smoother touch-downs.
Deck
The deck of the Scrambler is flat giving more confort and control.
Bevels and maximum width forward
Once you have passed the stage of learning, you will then taste the joys of riding full powered, the Scrambler will fulfill your desires.
The Bevel rails allows for better control as well as a better upwind ability.
However, in choppy conditions, a classic rail will stick the board to the water making the board lose its speed.
With a rail of type bevel, inverted, ideally designed and a maximum width of the board very forward, the Scrambler 4'3 bounces on the water and therefore does not lose any speed.
Track system for the foil connection
The foil connection has been designed for maximum stiffness and durability.
The use of two US rails (90mm apart) allows for an adjustable setting of the foil position.
Measurements are present under the board to always attach the foil to the desired location.
The foil Attachment pack (M6x35mm screws + plastic washers + stainless steel washers + nuts x 4) is included with the board.
Straps/Pads
The board can be ridden strapless, with one, two or three straps.
The Scrambler is equipped with 5 positions for straps, combined with US rails to screw the foil under the board, which will also please owners of foils other than ZEEKO.
Thanks to large pads, Scrambler provides a very comfortable ride, even strapless.
Sandwich construction
For a better weight/performance ratio, the board is made of PVC/fiberglass sandwich. The high density core makes it very resistant to wedging. Shaper- type vacuum manufacturing makes it possible to have an incredible weight/resistance ratio.
The US boxes are reinforced for kitefoil use without compromise.
All the boxes (US rails, straps inserts, plugs) are reinforced with high density foam PVC and fiberglass.
The board is reinforced at critical locations (rails, feet).
